- To ensure tamper proof delivery all packages via registered mail has been made mandatory. This we ensure that delivery is upon your very own signature.

- After delivery of the consignment if you wish to return it, you can do that with ease; just send it back to the return mailing address provided herewith. FULL REFUND will be provided to you as soon as we receive the return shipment. However, to claim refund you must ensure that the drugs are in the original container and the packaging has not been tampered with. Any opened consignment will not qualify for refunds from mexmeds4you.com
- The refunded amount will only include the purchase price of the drugs; it will not include the shipment costs. We generally provide refunds or all unopened shipments within 45 days of purchase date. We will gladly refund your purchase price (less shipping costs) on any unopened products returned to us within 45 days of the purchase date.
- Our refund policy mandatory requires RMA issued by email that too upon request. With NO EXCEPTIONS.
- In all cases whereby consignments are returned to us as refused delivery, unclaimed or cancelled, the customer is liable to pay the shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee. In cases where any item (product) is ordered in error, it must be duly returned to us.
