and at the end of the process you will find several methods
of payments for your convenience. There are never any hidden
costs, shipping is a flat $10 regardless of the quantities
of medicine you order.
It is legal
to order medicines from Mexico and have them shipped to
you as long as you are ordering medicine for your own
personal use. All products we sell are classified as "non-controlled"
within Mexico, all products sold are FDA approved. It
is important to understand how the products are coming
to you. We are not running over the border from the United
States into
Mexico and purchasing medicine and carrying it back across
the border to put it in the mail to our customers. All
products are sent from our offices within Mexico City,
all products are sent thru customs and available for inspection
by customs. The return label on the package you receive
is the exact location of where it is being sent from.
If you have further questions or concerns about legalities
please check with your government agencies.
Please
take note, we only offer "ONE" shipping option. All packages
are sent by registered mail and take approx. 7 to 12 business
days to arrive. All packages are sent from Mexico directly
to you and signatures are required upon delivery. If no
one is at home at the time of delivery then you will receive
a notice from your local postal office that you have a
package waiting to be picked up. All packages pass thru
customs if the destination is within the United States
and we are not able to ship by Fed Ex, UPS or any other
means of express delivery.
Shipping is always $10.00, regardless of quantities ordered.
We have
several options…………. paypal, personal checks, business
checks, cashiers checks or money orders are welcome. Please
note that all NSF checks returned to us will be charged
a $25.00 fee and immediately turned over to our collection
agency and you will not be welcome to order in the future.
We are
a registered corporation within Mexico. Our distribution
center is located in Mexico City & all packages are
sent directly from Mexico to our customers worldwide.
We established an on-line presence in 1999 and continue
to grow.
Very simple!
If you do not receive the product you ordered then you
will receive your money back. If you receive notice that
your package is waiting for pick-up and you do not claim
your package and it is returned to our offices then we
will re-ship your package for an additional shipping fee
of
$10.00 if you contact us. If you wish to return a product,
please contact us prior so that we may provide you with
assistance, once the product is received back to Mexico
you will be issued a full refund as long as the product
is completely sealed and unused.

are looking for. Please take note that we do not sell
any kind of narcotic, we do not sell any codiene, vicodin,
xanax, morphine, oxycontin, or anything similar. We also
do not sell injectables, inhalers, or anything sold in
a glass container or aerosol.
All products we sell come from the manufacturer already
pre-packaged. Most of these products are manufactured
by the same large corporations located within the United
States and distributed to Mexico. The labeling on the
packages are written in Spanish.
If you
have completed check-out and received an automated confirmation
via email than please assume that your order is being
processed. Delivery takes approx. 7 to 12 business days
to arrive by registered mail. If we are unable to process
your order than we will contact you. It is important that
regardless of the method of ordering that you submit an
email address. ALL CORRESPONDENCE is handled via email
or fax. Our shipping department hours of operation are
Monday thru Friday 9am to 6pm (Mexico time), weekends
and holidays the shipping department is closed, your package
will be processed the next business day.
We are unable to provide a tracking number on your package
due to the Mexico postal service is different from those
postal services within other countries so the number given
to the package will not help our customers in tracking
down their order.
If after 7 to 12 business days your order has not arrived,
please check with your local postal service to ensure
that your package is not being held for pick-up, if you
still have concerns contact us by email and we will assist
you.
