You simply have to click on the product you would like to buy, fill out the check out form and you would be guided to the payment options page. With us you can be sure that there are no hidden charges. All shipments are charged a flat $5.95 USD, regardless of the actual quantity of purchase.
Important notice: Please ensure that your order does not cross the threshold number of 8 orders of any one product, however there's no limit to the number of different products that you can order. Additionally, we understand that by placing order at mexmeds4you; you are agreeing that the products you are ordering are meant only for your "own personal use".

products that are classified as non-controlled medicines as per Mexican laws (Implying that
they can be bought from any pharmacy without prescription). However by ordering from Medicine Mexico
you are giving your consent to our clause that the purchase is being done only for personal
use.We don't employ any pharmacist, that's because Medicine Mexico does not in any way
offer medical advice regarding dosages or usage of any products. Additionally we take for
granted that by ordering drugs online you understand that it is safe to intake that
medicine considering your previous medical history.
Important note: Even though as per Mexican laws you don't need a prescription for
buying medicines mentioned in mexmeds4you; but we advise that you have a valid
prescription if your home country requires the same. However, this clause is not mandatory;
it's been mentioned here only in your best interest. If you decide to send us the
prescription, that can be done by sending us a copy of your prescription or prescription pill

Moreover, it's pertinent to note here that all products we sell through mexmeds4you.com are classified as non-controlled within Mexico and are FDA approved formulations.
With regards to shipment, it is important to note here that all the packages are sent only through legal channels and are open at all times to scrutiny by customs. It is purely ethical business that functions out of Mexico offices. If you any have further questions or concerns about legalities you can either mail us or check with relevant government agencies in your country.

We offer only ONE shipping option. All packages are compulsorily sent by registered mail and take approx. 10 to 21 business days to get delivered. All packages are sent from Mexico directly to you mailing address and get delivered only upon your signature. If no one is at home at the time of delivery then you will receive a notice from your local postal office indicating that a package has arrived for you. All packages necessarily pass through custom checks when the destination is within United States. As we DO NOT send shipments through Fed Ex, UPS or any other means of express delivery, its requested that no "rush" shipment orders be placed, as we would not be in a position to fulfill such requests. The shipping charge is $5.95 for all orders, regardless of quantities ordered. |

| Q .WHAT KINDS OF PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER? |

When it comes to payment options there's no dearth of options. The options of payment include: Visa, MasterCard, Personal checks, Business checks, Cashiers checks or Money orders. With regards to credit card payments, it may take 24 to 72 hours to honor your order as that's the minimum time that our Mexico based Merchant Bank will take to verify your records. Please note that all NSF checks returned to us will be charged a $25.00 fee and immediately turned over to our collection agency and the concerned customer will be barred from ordering in the future. |

Medicine Mexico is a registered corporation in Mexico. Our distribution center is centrally located in Mexico City; this facility is used to send packages to our worldwide clientele. Starting out on-line in 1999 we have continued to grow at a very rapid pace. Understanding the importance of trust development, we made sure that we handle all marketing in-house; moreover we do not have affiliate programs or wholesale programs, and take special care in treating all customers as in a very friendly and helpful way. |

| Q .WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY? |

The refund policy at mexmeds4you is indeed very simple! You get your money back if you don't receive your package within the stipulated time-frame.
However, in a scenario whereby you receive a notice from the postal department that there is a unclaimed package for you and still you don't receive it; the package will be sent back to us and after the receipt of the same if you want us to resend the shipment, that will be done on the receipt of an additional shipping fee of $6.00. If you wish to return a product, please contact us prior so that we may provide you with assistance, once the product is received back to Mexico you will be issued a full refund as long as the product is completely sealed and unused.
In case you wish to return a product due to an error on our part you will be issued a 100% refund, conversely if you return a product for any other reason you will not be issued a refund of shipping costs involved. Please note that it may usually take 4 to 6 weeks for a package to return back to our Mexico office. |

| Q .DO YOU SELL PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Generally NO! However, if you have a special request and you think we can be of help please feel free to contact us at info@mexmeds4you.com and place a specific request. We will try our level best to help you out.
Important note: We do not sell any kind of narcotic drugs or other such contra banded substances like Codeine, Vicodin, Xanax, Morphine, Oxycontin, or anything similar. Additionally, we never sell injectables.
All products on our shelf are procured directly from the manufacturer in a pre-packaged form. However, it is important to note that the labeling will be in Spanish. |

| Q .HOW DO I FIND THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? |

After you complete the check-out form and receive an automated confirmation via email, it would imply that your order has moved on to the processing phase. The delivery schedule is usually 10 to 21 business days and that too via registered mail. If due to any reason we find ourselves incapable of processing your order than we will get in touch with you. ALL CORRESPONDENCE will be generally being handled via email or fax. Our shipping department operates Monday thru Friday 9am to 6pm (Mexico time) and weekends/ holidays being necessarily holiday days.
We will not be providing a tracking number on your package as the Mexico postal service is entirely different from the postal services of other countries, thereby making it redundant as soon as it arrives in your home country.
In case you don't receive your package even after 21 business days, as the first step please check with your local postal service to ensure that your package is not in their custody awaiting pick-up. If that's not the case please contact us by email and we will help out you concurrently you can also call our toll free customer service department at 011 5255 53735913.
